WOW thank you for that post on artist-confessions. that made me feel a lot better. occasionally i trace around images of people as a reference, but i always change most of the details. it's just that i sometimes find it difficult to get the anatomy 100% correct. but i always felt like i was cheating :c im really glad to know that professional people do it too and that it's actually not so bad! thank you ;w;

Glad that helped! ^^ Remember I’m not saying that you should always trace photos of course, but it can be great practice, and once you get familier with anatomy, shapes, etc more, you can focus on using references to practice your freehand. Some of the funnest stuff comes from our own minds, of course, but its useless if we can draw it right! <3 Glad you appreciated it :)

Obvious Hiatus is Obvious
I want to work on something original or unique, with flare that is enjoyable, engaging, entertaining, and interesting. This has become dull, and I feel to guilty about not updating. Its not that fun anymore, and I want to pursue some better ideas I have. Sorry about this guys, I feel really bad about it, but I want to put my heart into want I work on, and more importantly have fun myself.

Ice/Snow Storm
The biggest ice/snow storm in the past around 100 years recently hit my area. As you can guess, we lost power. It wasn’t too long (a day) until it came back, but I haven’t had internet (+ phone connection) since Wednesday. Its sucked. But now that I have internet and power I promise I’ll be uploading some more corrupted RD soon!
Unfortunately it feels like this blog isn’t going anywhere, and I feel that I’m losing interest. Do not fear, however! I will remain updating for now :) Thinking of starting a second blog for intrest, but it might affect my updating too much *shrug*
